Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Skinalyze AI mobile application ("App") operated by Skinalyze ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using Skinalyze AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Skinalyze AI provides AI-powered tools for educational skin analysis, skin spot documentation, and skincare product ingredient review. The App uses machine learning and large language model technology to generate descriptive reports based on photos and personal skin profile data you provide.
The App is available as a free download with optional in-app purchases (credits) and subscription plans that unlock additional analysis capacity.
Skinalyze AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App offers a limited number of free analyses per category. Once free uses are exhausted, continued use requires a subscription or credit purchase.
Subscription plans are offered on a weekly or monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that allow a set number of additional analyses. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process.
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and AI-generated content structure, is owned by Skinalyze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of photos you submit. By submitting a photo for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
Reports generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skinalyze and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analyses will be accurate or complete.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
The App uses third-party services including OpenAI's API for AI analysis and Apple's StoreKit for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App, other users, or us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
